1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Diru Peuthy website ("Site") and enrolling in our training programs ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Program Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment

When you enroll in a program, you enter into a binding agreement with Diru Peuthy. Enrollment is confirmed upon:

• Submission of enrollment form
• Payment of required fees (full or first installment)
• Receipt of enrollment confirmation from us

3.2 Payment Terms

• Program fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Payment must be made in full or according to approved payment plan
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Prices are subject to change, but enrolled students pay the rate confirmed at enrollment

3.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund: If you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and before program start
• 50% refund: If you withdraw within the first two weeks of program start
• No refund: After two weeks from program start date
• Medical or exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Student Responsibilities

4.1 Participation

As a student, you are expected to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions (minimum 80% attendance required)
• Complete assigned projects and exercises
• Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students
• Maintain academic integrity

4.2 Conduct

You agree not to:

• Disrupt classes or create a hostile learning environment
• Share course materials without authorization
• Record sessions without explicit permission
• Engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Use our Services for any illegal purpose

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Site and Services, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, lectures, and presentations
• Videos, images, and graphics
• Text, code examples, and documentation
• Trademarks and branding

You retain ownership of projects and work you create during programs. By enrolling, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your work for promotional and educational purposes (with attribution).

6. Program Changes and Cancellations

6.1 Our Right to Modify

We reserve the right to:

• Modify curriculum to reflect industry changes
• Substitute instructors when necessary
• Change class schedules with reasonable notice
• Transition to online delivery if required

6.2 Program Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

• Full refund of all fees paid, or
• Option to transfer to another program or cohort

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Employment Guarantee

While we provide career support and have strong placement outcomes, we do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Career advancement depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

7.2 Service "As Is"

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diru Peuthy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your enrollment subject to our Refund Policy outlined in Section 3.3.

9.2 By Us

We may terminate your access to Services immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in disruptive or inappropriate conduct
• Violate academic integrity policies

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Indemnification

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated via email with reasonable advance notice.
